My first breakfast of 2026 was at this fine establishment, the service was exceptional and friendly. Every part of the ordering process was smooth and when I received my food it was perfect, chips fried and salted to crunchy perfection found only in a bygone era, burger perfectly constructed on a home made milk bun, served with a Vietnamese iced coffee that so refreshing the gods must take human form on occasion to indulge in its ambrosial and life giving qualities. But the pinnacle of the experience was the owner and her passion for her business, she puts her heart and soul into her craft and it shines. I wish them a the happy and prosperous new year.

First breakfast of 2026, we are SO GLAD we came here!!! They have a great menu selection - I had the brekky burger and an iced mocha. Every element of the burger was PERFECT. When I bit into it, the runny yolk added extra sauce to the rest of the burger, the hash brown was perfectly crunchy in every bite and the beautiful milk buns are homemade!! My iced mocha was made on powdered chocolate (love) and again, was perfect. I enjoyed every sip. Light, friendly atmosphere, great playlist, and we loved watching people and trams go by. This would be my morning coffee spot for sure if I lived here. Will be back next time 10/10 Thank you!! P.s. very handy that it's right near the Cypress Avenue car park, which is very cheap (free today)

I wish I can give them more than 5 stars. Everyday I have my coffee and brunch from this cafe and they are the best . Customer service is amazing.. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to start your morning with the best coffee..

Just arrived to Australia after a 24 hour flight. Stopped at Sunshines Boulevard Cafe just had the best coffee I have ever had in my life and the eggs were amazing!!

I found this lovely café on my first day when on holiday. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious but too big for me and I was gutted I left some. A great hot chocolate that wasn't tepid. Being my first day on holiday they gave me so much information about the area. Thank you. I will see you again before I leave to go home.

Lovely small cafe, decorated well, music at a reasonable volume, fast efficient service. Good products used, viet options. Coffee: Temperature- spot on Froth - spot on Deep smooth notes Great coffee ! & that’s what I came for
